Global Climate Strikes

Climate Action London began supporting Greta Thunberg’s Fridays for Future protests in December 2018, alternating between protesting at the offices of MP Kate Young and MP Peter Fragikatos. By Spring 2019, they had moved to the corner of Wellington and Dufferin to support some students who were protesting at City Hall. Climate Action London helped these students to organize the Sept 2019 Global Climate Strike that saw over 3,000 Londoners take to the streets asking for greater action on Climate Change.
